Account Registration and Security

2.2 Account Security

2.3 One Person, One Account
Only one account is permitted per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person or household, all accounts may be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
2.4 Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. It is your responsibility to withdraw any outstanding balance before closing your account. afb99 also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for reasonable cause.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at afb99 is ৳300. All transactions must be completed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Deposits through any method other than these four are not accepted.
The mobile number or account used to make a deposit must be registered in your own name. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and will be returned.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals cannot be made if the wagering requirements on a bonus have not been met.
3.3 Suspicious Transactions
If afb99 suspects money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity, it is obligated to suspend the transaction and provide information to the relevant authorities. We reserve the right to cancel such transactions without explanation.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Bonus Eligibility
The afb99 welcome bonus applies only to new members on their first deposit. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳3,000. However, the maximum bonus is capped at ৳8,000; meaning a deposit of ৳10,000 or more will still yield a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳18,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳30,000 in wagers. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If a member abuses the bonus system, exploits a technical error, or unfairly collects bonuses through multiple accounts, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled and the account may be closed.
4.4 Other Promotions
afb99 may introduce various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on that offer's page. In case of any conflict, the terms of that specific offer will take precedence.
Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
afb99 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Operating games through strategic software, bots, or automation tools.
- Attempting unauthorized access to or modification of game code, servers, or software.
- Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
- Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
- Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior toward other members.
- Any form of fraud or operating an account under a false identity.
If any such activity is detected, the associated account will be suspended immediately, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
VIP Program and Cashback
The afb99 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
Users can move up to higher tiers through regular and active play. Cashback amounts are calculated at the end of each week and credited directly to the account. afb99's decision is final regarding VIP benefits or tier changes.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the afb99 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, game content, and other materials — are the intellectual property of afb99 or its licensors. Copying, reprinting, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.
Members are granted limited access to the platform for personal, non-commercial use only. This permission is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time.

10.2 Suspension or Termination of Service
afb99 may temporarily suspend or permanently discontinue part or all of its services without prior notice. In such cases, appropriate arrangements will be made to return any valid balances.
10.3 Dispute Resolution
